Beacon Peace 2025 May Summary June Launch Meeting

With the summer of 2025 approaching, Beacon held a wrap-up meeting for May last week, on the basis of which the work plan for June was launched. The meeting is not only a review of the effectiveness of the past month's work, but also a key moment to make a strategic layout for the future work. By summing up experience, discovering shortcomings and looking forward to the future, we will make greater efforts to achieve the company's goals.

 

In order to ease everyone's tension, the conference started with an activity prepared by our facilitator, who put forward some simple and interesting questions, which were quickly answered by the participants, and those who answered them correctly were rewarded with prizes or small gifts. In this way, everyone can not only enliven the atmosphere, but also enter the meeting with a relaxed mood.

 

 

After the relaxing game session, the conference started with the report of each department. Each department sent a representative to report on the work in May and pointed out the achievements and shortcomings in the work. In terms of sales performance, despite some market uncertainties, we still maintain product innovation and strive for more customer orders through active market development and customer maintenance. In terms of customer feedback, although most of our customers were satisfied with our services, they also raised higher expectations, especially in terms of product innovation and after-sales services. We recognise that the voice of our customers is a guide for us to improve our work, and we need to make greater efforts in these two areas in the future to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

 

 

With the completion of the work report of each department, our general manager Sam gave us a summary of the work, he stressed that the communication and collaboration between departments should be smoother, especially in the maintenance of customers and product innovation and production, we work closely together to ensure the efficient operation of all aspects.

 

 

With May's summary and June's planning, we are confident that our company's team will be able to meet the changing needs of our customers and drive growth in our company's performance. In the future, we will continue to uphold the spirit of innovation and cooperation to optimise internal processes, improve customer satisfaction and drive Beacon's growth. In terms of production and logistics, we will continue to optimise our existing production processes to ensure that production efficiency and product quality are not compromised, while ensuring on-time delivery through a more efficient logistics system.
